Pero, tras las hilarantes an\u00e9cdotas, la h\u00e1bil pluma de Barnes guisa tambi\u00e9n nutritivas lecciones de vida.<br>\nPara cocinar bien, ense\u00f1a, no hay recetas. \u00bfCu\u00e1nto cabe en una pizca? \u00bfQu\u00e9 tan grande o peque\u00f1a es una cebolla mediana? O, sencillamente, no siempre habr\u00e1 todo lo que pide el manual. \u00abCocinar es la transformaci\u00f3n de una incertidumbre (la receta) en una certeza (el plato) por medio del ajetreo\u00bb.<br>\nPong\u00e1monos cursis: de eso se trata la vida. De sembrar el caos. De no malgastar sobras. De dar de comer a los amigos y a la familia. De sentarse en una mesa donde hay una celebraci\u00f3n.<br>\nFestival de curiosidades y panfleto rebelde, el libro de Barnes traspasa los trajines que le provoca su biblioteca culinaria cuando se para ante la estufa.
